The Lakers, the Clippers, and the NHL Kings play their home games at the Staples Center since 1999. The cost of construction of this beautiful arena was $330 millons. It is a 900,000 square feet building with 20,000 basketball seats. It is located at 111 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles, CA 90017.

The Staples Center was opened on October 20, 1999 but the first Laker official game here was played on November 3, 1999 vs. the Vancouver Grizzlies and was 103-98 Laker victory.
